High IOP requires the following conditions:

1. Flatten the intraocular pressure and measure the intraocular pressure in one eye or both eyes, which is higher than 21mmHg at least twice;

2. Visual field examination showed no glaucoma visual field defect;

3. The optic disc and retinal nerve fiber layer are normal;

4. The corner of the room is open, and there is no history of corner closure;

5. Exclude other eye diseases that may cause increased intraocular pressure. Therefore, high IOP should meet the above five criteria for a long period of time,
